Oracle Odbc Driver Windows 10 64 Bit Download

Hello, does microsoft provide a 64 bit odbc driver for oracle and where we can get it? but what i really need is to run .net application in 64 bit environment, can i run the app in 64 bit and use a 32 bit driver? thanks.
